CLC Regal Oaks Resort Restrictions & Fees
Please note, these units are self- catering. You will be provided with a complimentary starter kit that includes, soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, towel paper, and coffee. For your convenience a mini market store is on property to purchase additional items. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2029
The resort requires a refundable security deposit of $250 per unit at check-in. This fee may be paid via credit or debit card. Cash deposits are not accepted. Guests may be required to present a valid form of identification. Each guest room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) occupying the room throughout the entire stay. — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2029
Please note, the front office is open for check-in until 10:00pm. If you are arriving after 10:00pm you must go to the security office for access to your room. The next day you must check in at the front desk. — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2029
Any damage or items removed from the resort will be paid by the guest upon check out. Regal Oaks Resort is a non-smoking facility. Guests smoking onsite will be charged $200 per unit. If any alarms are pulled by guests onsite, they will be charged $200. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029
